The wiki notation allows for simple emphasis – no matter whether in standalone texts, questions, items, or verbal scale anchors.
Tip: Use emphasis very sparingly. A homogeneous layout usually looks considerably more professional. More than 2 or 3 instances of emphasis per page tend to result in a chaotic appearance rather than in orientation.

A special form of the wiki notation is the definition of text parts “for display in the questionnaire only” by means of double curly brackets. | Show in the questionnaire only | Text | Other | Others: | Other |

The link can be either

Only the label is displayed in the text, so SoSci Survey becomes, for example, SoSci Survey. Omit the label (Link) to have the internet address displayed in the text: https://www.soscisurvey.de is displayed as www.soscisurvey.de.
