You are invited to participate in this study if you are 18 years or older and have any type of work experience.

The purpose of this study is to better understand experiences in the workplace and personal attitudes and behaviours related to your work as well as your daily life that surround sustainability topics.

• The questions are concerned with your daily life and experiences.
• There are no right or wrong answers; we are interested in your personal opinions.
• Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time before submitting your responses; once submitted, your data will be anonymized and cannot be removed. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer.
• Your data will be stored anonymously and handled according to strict GDPR guidelines. Collected data will not be traceable to an individual; no IP addresses or browser settings will be stored.
• This survey will take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.
