Thank you for your interest in this survey by the University of Bonn. It contains two short studies. In study 1 you are asked to rate several calendar mottos and worldly wisdoms. In study 2 we are interested in how you would behave in some hypothetical dilemma situations and ask you to fill out some questions on personality traits.
Overall, this usually takes about 15 minutes. You can cancel your participation at any point without negative consequences. But since we can only use questionnaires that have been filled out completely, we would like to ask you to answer all the questions. All participants who fill out the full questionnaire have the chance to win one of five Amazon-Vouchers, each worth 20 US$.
All of your information will be handled with strict confidence and in accordance with the legal provisions for data protection. Collected data will only be published in an anonymous form and will be analyzed on a group level. There will be no way to draw conclusions about your identity or your individual answers. Please note that for this reason it is not possible to identify and delete your individual data as soon as you started answering the questions.
If you want the chance to win an Amazon-Voucher, you can provide your email-address at the end of the survey. This address will be saved separately from your test results and will only be used to contact you in case you win one of the vouchers.
You can only participate once!
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you agree with the above stated terms and conditions, please click “Next” to start the questionnaire. You can take back this agreement at any point in the questionnaire and stop answering the questions if you wish. No physical or psychological harm is to be expected from the participation. We would be very happy if you would support our research.
