Thank you for considering to participate in this study about work-related values and job satisfaction determinants across generations! 

Procedure: This survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Your time and effort is highly appreciated. During this study you will be asked to share the year in which you were born, rate your agreeableness to various statements, rank the importance of various work-related values, and answer some yes or no questions relating to the factors of extrinsic rewards, work-life balance, team relationships, communication style, and leadership factors. 

Voluntary Participation: Your participation is voluntary. You may withdraw from the survey at any time without needing to provide reason. Your responses will only be stored upon completion and submission of the survey. 

Confidentiality and Privacy: During this study, you will remain anonymous. No personally identifiable data will be collected of you. The data that you submit will be stored safely, only accessible to the researcher, who will not distribute it to third parties or use it outside the purposes of this research. Your data will be stored until analysis has concluded, and the thesis has been submitted, after which it will be permanently deleted.
