Study information and consent

Thank you for your interest in this survey.

This study is conducted by me Emily Bovens as part of my master’s thesis in the field of
Online Marketing at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
This survey examines how professionals in B2B environments perceive LinkedIn posts
and evaluate the company communicating through them.

You will answer questions about your professional background and experience with digital communication.
Then you will receive a brief introduction to a fictional company and evaluate six LinkedIn posts.

Some details about the creation of the posts will be explained at the end of the survey.

Who can participate?

You can participate if you are at least 18 years old, work in a B2B context and use LinkedIn at least occasionally.
Experience working in the EMEA region is welcome but is not required.

Participation takes approximately 15 minutes.

The participation is voluntary.

Anonymity and Data Protection:
Participation is voluntary and anonymous. No names, email addresses, or IP addresses will be stored. Your supervisor and employer will not have access to your responses. The data is stored on SoSci Survey servers in Germany, analyzed exclusively for this master’s thesis, and reported only in aggregate form. The data will be deleted upon completion of the thesis defense. Since it is not possible to identify you personally, individual data records cannot be deleted after you have participated.

You may stop the survey at any time without providing a reason. Doing so will not result in any disadvantages for you, and responses from abandoned surveys will not be analyzed. I explain the exact background of the study at the end of the survey.
