Participant Information and Consent

Dear Participant,

We are a team of Master’s students at the University of Bremen conducting an academic research project on remote work, sense of belonging, supervisor support, and employee engagement.

The aim of this study is to understand how remote work is related to employees’ sense of belonging and engagement in organizations. The survey will take approximately 8–10 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary and anonymous. We will not collect your name, email address, phone number, or employer name. The data will be treated confidentially and used only for academic purposes. Results will be reported only in aggregated form.
