We are two students from Germany that are in dire need of every participant they can get in order to pass an exam. So in all seriousness, a huge thank you! :>

With the following questionnaire we want to learn about your personal experience with certain mobile apps. Specifically we mean apps which offer fictional rewards for the completion of your personal goals/tasks in real life. Said apps may contain features such as timers, to-do-lists or calenders. Rewards may be offered as fictional currencies, experience points (EXP) or collectibles. These are just a few examples. Participation is encouraged even if you do not use these kinds of apps !!! 
Additionally we are interested to hear about some of your personal habits and convictions. Please answer all questions spontaneously. Don't think about it for too long. There are no right or wrong answers.

All data is collected anonymously. It cannot be traced back to you personally and is treated as strictly confidential. Participation is, of course, voluntary.
All collected data will be saved for as long as is necessary for us to analyze it statistically. However it will be deleted on the 1st of March 2026 at latest.
We cannot legally collect your data if you are under the age of 18, so this survey is strictly 18+ !!!

Depending on your answers, filling out the survey may take 5-15 minutes.
