As part of the collaborative project “RuhrBots”, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR), we are investigating citizens’ expectations of social robots in municipal public administration offices (e.g. citizens’ service offices, vehicle registration offices or employment agencies).
Your perspective will help us design future robot systems in a user-centred way.
