Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you for your interest in participating in our online survey. The research project "PRAESCO" deals with the topic of "hybrid work and hybrid meetings". Hybrid work is a combination of working from home or remotely/mobile work and working in the office. Hybrid meetings are meetings in which participants interact with each other both on-site and virtually via digital communication channels. In this form of hybrid collaboration, it is important that virtually connected colleagues are also perceived as part of the team and can actively participate. However, it has often been shown that the link between mobile work and face-to-face work can be challenging.

Our goal is to further explore the field of hybrid work and meetings and to develop technical solutions for improved and more active collaboration. In our project, it is important for us to investigate the current situation on the topic of "hybrid work and hybrid meetings". This means we are interested in how hybrid work is currently carried out across different fields. The aim of this survey is therefore to learn about their experiences, experienced benefits, but also challenges and especially health effects.

Participation is one-time and exclusively online. Answering the questions will take between 15 and 20 minutes. There are no risks or costs associated with participating in this online study. You can terminate your participation at any time without giving reasons or incurring any disadvantages.

All persons over the age of 18 who have experience with hybrid work situations are eligible to participate. Participation is voluntary. Since the survey link is publicly available, we cannot track who participates. Therefore, it is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.
