This survey is being conducted as part of a seminar paper in the module “Project-related empirical research” at the East Bavarian Technical University of Amberg-Weiden. The aim of the study is to examine employer attractiveness in a cultural context. Your participation will help to gain a better scientific understanding of these issues in the cultural work context.
Important information about participation and data protection:

1. Voluntary participation
Your participation is voluntary. You can cancel the survey at any time without any disadvantages.

2. Anonymity
The survey is completely anonymous. No personal data (e.g., name, email address, IP address) that could reveal your identity will be collected.

3. Data protection and data processing
All data collected will be treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively for scientific purposes. Once the data has been evaluated, it will be deleted in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.

4. Use of the results
The results will be presented in the bachelor's thesis exclusively in summarized and anonymized form. Individual responses cannot be traced back to a specific person at any time.

5. Duration of participation
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
