No names or other directly personal data are collected within the survey. However, technical usage data (e.g. timestamps of participation and completion times) may be processed. In open text fields, participants may voluntarily provide additional information. Please do not enter any personal or sensitive data in these fields.

The survey is conducted using SoSci Survey. According to SoSci Survey, no IP addresses are stored and no cookies are used in the standard configuration. Data processing takes place exclusively on servers located in Germany.

The collected data are used solely for internal evaluation purposes of the association and are not shared with third parties. The data will be deleted after a maximum of five years unless legal retention obligations require longer storage.

The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
