We hope, you're fully satisfied with our service. Should you encounter any issues, we usually solve them quickly (info@soscisurvey.de only for business requests, general support questions only in our online support, please)

In addition, there is an EU-wide Online Dispute Resolution Platform since 2016 (according to the VSBG), which supports solving conflicts between online providers and customers.
