We hope, you're fully satisfied with our service. Should you encounter any issues, we usually solve them quickly (info@soscisurvey.de only for business requests, general support questions only in our support board, please)

In addition, there is an EU-wide Online Dispute Resolution Platform since 2016 (according to the VSBG), which supports solving conflicts between online providers and customers.

Third parties do online surveys on this server which may include the publication of text, images and other content.

According to German law, we are not obligated to monitor third party information provided on this website. If third party content on this website violates the law, please inform us, so we can promptly remove such content.
