Dear participant,

Welcome to our research project, and thank you very much for your interest!

This survey is conducted as part of a Master’s thesis in the degree program Applied Business Psychology (M.Sc.) at the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Amberg-Weiden.

The aim of the study is to investigate how employees with ADHD use coping strategies and how these strategies relate to perceived work-related stress. Your answers will help identify supportive practices and contribute to recommendations for a more inclusive workplace.

Participation in the survey is voluntary, anonymous, and takes approximately 15–20 minutes. You may withdraw from the survey at any time without providing a reason.

All information will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for research purposes. No personal data that would allow identification of participants will be collected. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

Students of OTH Amberg-Weiden have the opportunity to receive 0.5 participant hours (VPH) for taking part in the study.

At the end of the survey, you may voluntarily indicate whether you would like to participate in a follow-up interview (approximately 30 minutes, online). This information is optional and will be stored separately from all other responses to ensure that your participation remains anonymous.
