Thank you for your interest and for taking the time to participate in this study!
The survey is being conducted by Quirin Boemmel as part of a psychological research project, under the scientific supervision of Dr. Julia Trommershäuser and Sophie Dyck, M.Sc.
The term chemsex refers to the use of substances such as GHB/GBL, mephedrone, or crystal meth in sexual contexts. This study aims to fill a research gap: Almost all studies on chemsex conducted to date have focused exclusively on gay and bisexual men, so that there is currently little evidence on its prevalence among other LGBTI* communities, especially FLINTA* individuals. Your answers will help to map the entire spectrum of sexual and gender diversity in relation to the phenomenon of chemsex and to understand how it is linked to minority stress and mental health. This can help to tailor support services more effectively to the needs of the target groups.
Your participation is very important – thank you very much for being here and sharing your experiences on this topic!
