Dear Participants,
Thank you for your interest in our study “Baby Comfort Guide Insight – User Evaluation Study”.
This document contains all essential information about the study. Please read it carefully. In case of further questions, we are happy to assist you.
This study is planned and conducted by the Chair of Social Pediatrics at the Technical University of Munich. At least 100 individuals are expected to take part in the study.
The study is funded by our institution itself.
The study has been submitted to the responsible ethics committee, which has raised no objections.
Participation in this study is voluntary. If you choose not to participate or decide to withdraw, there will be no disadvantages for you. You do not have to provide any reasons for your decision.
Why is this study being conducted?
The Baby Comfort Guide was developed to support families with children who have difficulties with crying, sleeping, or feeding. The app provides information, practical guidance, and tips to help affected families better manage these challenges.
Through this anonymous survey, we want to learn more about your experiences and opinions of the Baby Comfort Guide app. Your responses will help us further improve the app and the support offered to families. Thank you for supporting us!
How will the study be conducted?
We kindly ask you to complete the following questionnaire. It will take approximately 10 minutes to fill out. Participation is one-time only.
Is there any personal benefit from participating in the study?
By participating and providing your feedback, you directly contribute to improving the Baby Comfort Guide app to better meet the needs of families like yours. This benefits not only you but many other parents and children as well. You also get the opportunity to share your experiences and suggestions – your opinion matters!
Are there any costs? Will I receive compensation?
At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for 5 Drogerie Markt (DM) gift cards worth €20 each. If you wish to participate in the raffle, please provide your email address at the end of the survey. Providing your email address is voluntary, not required for participating in the study, and will be used solely for the raffle. Your contact information will be stored separately from the research data and deleted immediately after the raffle.
