In this survey, you will compare generative artificial intelligence chatbots such as ChatGPT and price comparison websites such as Idealo, CHECK24, or Geizhals for a laptop-search situation.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. The data will be used only for academic purposes in my bachelor thesis. The survey takes about 8–10 minutes.
