Questionnaire on stress and culture

A warm welcome,

and thank you for your interest in our study on mental stress and cultural background in the care sector. We would like to identify unfavourable working conditions for employees with and without a migration background who work in care so that we can improve them for specific target groups. We therefore ask for your support.

All employees, regardless of their origin, who work in nursing in a clinic, are at least 18 years old and have been working in their current company for at least six months are invited to take part in the study.

The questions relate to your normal, average working day or leisure time. There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in how you individually experience your work situation.

Please also take part in the survey if you feel positive about your work situation.

The questionnaire will take about 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

Please answer spontaneously and answer as many questions as possible. If there are questions you do not wish to answer, you can skip them.

The survey is anonymous. No personal information (e.g. name, address, etc.) is requested. It is therefore not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons. The data will only be used to analyse the questions for scientific purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. You can terminate the survey at any time and delete previously collected data.

Detailed information on data protection (in accordance with the GDPR) can be found below (Privacy Policy). If you have any further questions about data collection or data storage, please contact katrin.zittlau@uni-wuppertal.de directly.

Thank you for your support.

Note: For the sake of clarity, the questionnaire uses the masculine form. However, all genders are addressed.

I would like to take part in the survey and consent to my details in the questionnaire being processed anonymously for the purposes of scientific opinion research. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. Data processed up to the point of revocation are not affected by the revocation. I have taken note of the data protection information.
