Registration

Dear participant,
We are pleased about your interest in our study on customer stressors! On this page, you can register for participation in the study. To do so, simply enter your email address at the bottom of the page. We will then send you the questionnaires.

After registration, you will immediately receive an email from us containing a link to the first survey. Completing it takes approximately 10 minutes. If you do not complete the first survey within 7 days, your email address will automatically be removed from the participant list.

Afterwards, we will automatically send you a short survey (approximately 5 minutes) for 6 weeks. In this survey, we will ask you questions about stressful situations with customers during your workweek.

Please complete the survey as soon as possible after receiving the email. After 6 weeks, the study will end automatically. You do not need to unsubscribe.
