BE WELL at SCHOOL (BELLS) is a research project on which my supervisor Prof. Nele McElvany and I are exploring (in cooperation with WVUSD Deputy Superintendent Dr. Matthew Witmer) high school students’ perceptions of their school environment and their feelings of academic well-being. This will help schools like yours to design and further develop their counseling offers for students´ social and emotional well-being. It would be a great help if you could fill out our 30-minute, anonymous survey.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you may skip them or you can withdraw from the survey at any point without penalty. Your survey responses will be strictly anonymous and confidential. Your information will be coded and will only be reported as summary with all other respondents. If you have any questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Dr. Franziska Schwabe by email at email@example.com.
There are no right or wrong answers to any of the survey questions. We are very much interested in your opinions and feelings.
Thank you very much!
Dr. Franziska Schwabe
